Barista Bootcamp – Fundamentals

Højhuset Kulturhotel invites you to a Barista Bootcamp, where you will be introduced to the world of coffee. You will learn about coffee origins, cultivation and the factors that influence taste.

Through hands-on exercises, you will practice brewing espresso and steaming milk for classic coffee drinks such as flat white. The course provides basic skills and an understanding of the craft behind coffee.

The course is led by Martin Herlak, who has worked professionally with taste and food since 1998 and has focused on coffee since 2006. He works with coffee from small producers and focuses on communicating knowledge in a clear and practical way.
